In the event of change of mind, we are unable to cover the return freight cost, and we will deduct this from your exchange, credit or refund.
If you were eligible for free freight, we will deduct a reasonable freight cost, calculated using Australia Post postage calculator.
If your package is damaged on arrival. Please take a photo of the package both before and after opening, and contact us to discuss, so that we are able to follow up with our freight carriers.
